Job Duties
- Work closely with Pastry Head Chef and responsible for all the production of pastry kitchen including pastries, pizzas, desserts, cakes, pies etc
- Work with a small pastry team
Requirements
- 5 years or above relevant experience in pastry / bakery production
- Institutional training in bakery / pastry production or relevant discipline
- Be a good team player
Steward Cleaner
Job Duties
Dish and pot washing
Maintain good hygiene standard in dish washing area
9-hr shift
Requirements
Have relevant experience is highly preferable
