Job Duties

  • Work closely with Pastry Head Chef and responsible for all the production of pastry kitchen including pastries, pizzas, desserts, cakes, pies etc
  • Work with a small pastry team

Requirements

  • 5 years or above relevant experience in pastry / bakery production
  • Institutional training in bakery / pastry production or relevant discipline
  • Be a good team player

Steward Cleaner

Job Duties

Dish and pot washing

Maintain good hygiene standard in dish washing area

9-hr shift

Requirements

Have relevant experience is highly preferable
