Considered by many to be the heart of the Club, the Main Bar provides eating and drinking services throughout the day and night. As well as a full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage, the bar also serves a range of reasonably priced bar snacks. The Lounge offers a quiet area for reading newspapers and/or magazines, or watching the television. Facilities provided in the bar include a big screen television and a bridge/cards table. Board games such as scrabble and backgammon are also available. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Main Bar & Lounge.
- Happy Hour (reduced priced drinks) – 5:30 – 8pm Monday to Friday only
- Bar Snack Menu – Mondays to Sundays
Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the Main Bar except on special occasions determined by the General Committee. Hats and caps for gentlemen are not permitted in any indoor food and beverage outlet except The Boundary Café unless prior approval has been obtained from the General Manager or his delegate. Sleeping is not permitted in the Main Bar.
