Promoting Table Tennis to a new generation
Aside from being a fun way to spend time with your family and friends, table tennis also
offers some great health benefits. Like most sports, table tennis offers great mind‐body
stimulation, aerobic exercise, and most importantly social interaction. Unlike many sports,
however, the overall risk of injury with table tennis is very low, making it a perfect sport for
both children players and older players.
The KCC Table Tennis Society welcomes all interested KCC members. Whether you are
already a seasoned player or a complete beginner, an adult or a child of at least six years
old, you will be made most welcome.
The KCC Table Tennis Society organizes coaching sessions for adults on Saturdays and
Tuesdays, and there is also a junior training programme with coaching, also on Saturdays.
Friendly matches with other teams are also arranged.
In addition, the KCC Table Tennis Society has a team of experienced players who participate
in the Hong Kong Table Tennis League. The team has enjoyed a number of successes in the
past. A second team of players is also in the process of being formed, which the Society
hope will bring further glory to the Club.
